I’ve created this concept before, but I was never satisfied with it before. Seeing as how I am trapped in my home by massive amounts of snow and ice once again, I thought it time to revisit this concept to see if I could do it some justice. Although I didn’t end up doing exactly as I had originally sketched out to do before I opened up Poser, I rather like how this one turned out in the end. The idea of adding an emissive shader to the smartphone to project some light came about because I was watching a marathon of Star Wars movies and TV shows while working on this and, well, lightsabers. Also, my window frame is broken slightly so if I were to put a cup of hot coffee by it as she is, it would steam like that too. Luckily, rendering on my PC puts off a LOT of heat which compensates. Kinda. Now to get to work on the next project before the room cools off again!
